Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. However, if we made a mistake, please reach out to info@revivalapparel.co with pictures of the defective product so we can help resolve the problem.
The item(s) being returned must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

All garments are true to size unless otherwise specified.

In order to be as environmentally friendly as possible and reduce waste, all Revival products are made to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before reaching out to ask about shipping. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and tracking info.
