All Sales Final
All sales are final unless you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

 

Order Cancellation
All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase.

 

Damaged Items or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Resolution Options
Depending on the situation and product availability, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund. The method of resolution will be determined after reviewing the details of your case. 

 

Conditions for Returns 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable).  
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. 

 

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@revivalapparel.co.
