To ensure you receive accurate shipping estimates, please refer to the product description for each item to see if items are premade or made to order.

 

Shipping
To reduce waste, all products are made to order unless otherwise noted. We do our best to uphold a standard of quality and care, and as a result, items may require 2-4 weeks for production and shipping. Quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Numbers
Upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order ships, another email containing your tracking number will follow.

 

Shipping Responsibility
Please note, once your package is shipped, any issues with USPS deliveries must be addressed directly with them as we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost, USPS is responsible for claims and locating it.

 

If a package is returned to us (Revival) due to non-acceptance, you will be responsible for reshipping fees with your chosen courier.

 

International and Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are based on weight. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.
